Asia Policy Program

stars

The Asia Policy Program helps Israel navigate the deepening interdependence between the Middle East and the Indo-Pacific.

It translates strategic analysis into policy-relevant insights to strengthen Israel’s ties with Asian partners in the era of great-power competition.

The Program produces applied research and convenes high-level roundtables, closed-door dialogues, and international gatherings that connect Israeli officials and experts with counterparts across Asia.

Led by Dr Gedaliah Afterman, the program examines the emergence of new cooperation frameworks, focusing on trilateral and minilateral initiatives linking Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, and their implications for Israel.

By identifying concrete opportunities for Israeli engagement and developing practical policy recommendations, the Asia Policy Program seeks to strengthen Israel’s capacity to advance its interests in an increasingly interconnected regional and global landscape.
